Pilates with Katie

Pilates with Katie offers physiotherapist-led Pilates classes that focus on strengthening your core, easing back pain, improving flexibility, and posture. Pilates can also help your mental wellbeing as we focus on breathing and learning techniques which helps you to switch off from the day.  

We have beginner and mixed ability classes to suit your level. 

September 2024

The new block of classes are underway. Dates: 2nd September - 21st October.

 

We have a few spaces to join us for a trial class or the remaining block. 

 

From November 2024 Katie is going on Maternity Leave but plans to re-start classes in March 2025 - Fill out a contact form to join the waiting list for March 2025.
