Pilates with Katie

Pilates with Katie offers physiotherapist-led Pilates classes that focus on strengthening your core, easing back pain, improving flexibility, and posture. Pilates can also help your mental wellbeing as we focus on breathing and learning techniques which helps you to switch off from the day.  

We have beginner and mixed ability classes to suit your level. 

October 2024 Update

Katie is now on Maternity Leave so there are no classes currently running.

 

We aim to re-start classes in March 2025.
