About Katie

At Pilates with Katie, I combine my experience as a qualified Physiotherapist with my love for Pilates to help my clients achieve their health and fitness goals. With a background in NHS settings I understand the importance of injury prevention and rehabilitation. Pilates is an excellent tool for both, and I'm passionate about helping people improve their physical and mental well-being through my classes.

I am a Mum of 2 who has found Pilates important in my own post-natal recovery and I enjoy walking! I look forward to welcoming you to class soon. 

I have completed my Pilates training and been accredited by 'The Australian  Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.'
